Powerhouse In Distance Running

About Us
We are a group of runners who have made a comeback . We call ourselves the F1 Runners in any competitions for teams. Everyone of us pull our weight when it comes to the team and we often achieve stellar results for such a small group. We do not regard ourselves as elite runners who formed a team, but a team that was formed because we train together. Most of us have known each other for at least 20 years and we hold the same values hence we are able to form a good team. We are able to run for over 20 years with minor or some with no injuries and stay competitive because we listen to our body. So we would like to share these experiences with many other runners so that everyone can have many years of injuries FREE running.

Through his years of experience he has accumulated reservoirs of “turbo” in his system. Youngsters are always surprised that they can be easily beaten by this uncle. Although the marathon was again a Personal Best timing for him, it was a big disaapointment has the expectation was much higher. He has experience in organising CC runs (example: Pandan Reservoir Run),Round Island Night Cycling  and conducting Leadership Course for Youths.
